Coupling
A ventilation duct connector is a component used to connect two or more sections of ventilation ducts, ensuring smooth and efficient airflow throughout the system.
The duct connector / nipple is installed by inserting both ends into the ducts to be connected until they reach the middle of the nipple coupling. The coupling must then be secured to both ducts using self-drilling screws or rivets.
Functions:
- Ensuring airflow: Creates a tight connection between ducts to prevent leaks.
- Versatility: Available in models that allow the connection of ducts of different sizes or shapes.
- Easy installation: Many connectors are designed with a quick-connect mechanism that speeds up the assembly process.
Advantages:
- Energy efficiency: High-quality connectors reduce air leakage, improving system efficiency.
- Durability: Premium materials ensure longevity and safety.
Structure:
- Round nipples are made of 275g/m² galvanized DX51D grade sheet steel.
- All connection points are rolled for added strength and reliability.
